Is it acceptable to print my logo on the product?
Yes, absolutely! We are more than happy to print your logo on the product.
Please make sure to inform us officially prior to production and we will provide a sample design for your review and approval.
Is it possible to tailor the logo, color scheme, or design to our specific preferences?
Yes, certainly! It is possible to customize the logo, color, or design of a product through printing or laser carving.
We offer OEM service and we have a dedicated team of designers who can assist you in creating your unique logo.
Is it acceptable to print my logo on the product?

May I know your payment terms?
Basically, we request a standard payment to all customers by T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance will be paid before shipment.
Which kind of payment instrument method do you accept?
We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.

What are the shipping terms?
Our shipping terms for Bluetooth speakers are as follows:

What is the MOQ?
The typical MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) terms for Bluetooth speakers range from 500to 1000 units.
However, it's important to note that MOQs can be negotiable in some cases, especially if you have a specific requirement or if you are willing to pay a higher price for a lower quantity.
We also offer lower MOQs for sample orders or for certain models or variations of Bluetooth speakers.
What are the Sample terms?
When it comes to sample terms for Bluetooth speakers, we may have different policies. Here are some common sample terms that you may come across:

1. Sample Availability: we provide single samples and bulk samples which will be billing.
2. Sample Cost: If there is a charge for samples, the cost can vary based on the model, features, and quality of the Bluetooth speaker. We shall provide you with a price for the sample unit prior to bulk order.
3. Shipping Costs: The customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for samples, e.g. by courier service like DHL/UPS/FEDEX we require a buyer's international receiver account which needs to be paid by you.
4. Sample Quantity: MOQ such as one unit stands for evaluation purposes. There are no limitations or restrictions
on the sample order.

How to connect Two Bluetooth Speakers to the same device?
To enhance your audio experience and create a more immersive soundstage, you can easily connect two same model's speakers to the same device using our TWS (True Wireless Stereo) feature.
This allows you to enjoy synchronized audio playback through both speakers simultaneously.
With this simple setup, you can achieve a wider listening area and a more powerful sound output.
Follow our guide below to connect your two speakers and elevate your audio experience to the next level.
1. To turn on both speakers individually, first press and hold the "power" button, you will hear a short beep tune prompt and see a blue indicator light flashing.
2. Choose one of the speakers and quickly press the "power" button twice. By doing this, you will hear a longer beeps tune, this indicates that two speakers have been successfully paired. (Additionally, you will see the main speaker's light blinking while the vice speaker's light remains steady.)
3. Settings and enable the Bluetooth function in your device, you will see a list of available devices, including the model number of your speakers. Click on the model number to pair your device with the speakers.
Once the pairing is successful, you are ready to enjoy the awesome surround sound.
